I agree with alot of what you say about McCain, GW - regarding Iraq and the Border, specifically.
But McCain is more honest and non-partisan in general IMO. ...I guess it's more of an opinion than anything else. I think if he didn't have the pressure of the party leaning on him, he would take more genuine stands on some of these issues. Republicans in general haven't been allowed to do anything other than agree with Iraq and pussyfoot the border.
I see him follow the party line by default, but I don't see him in actuall agreement with Bush much of the time. It was Bush afterall, that played dirty to destroy him 5 years ago - much like his father did to Dole.
Nosigar, where in this country can you get an 8th month abortion legally?
And BTW, I have NO OPINION on abortion. I really wouldn't even care if they overturned Roe v Wade. Each side has very legitimate arguments.
