Love Cards here vs Wake....Demons had to worry about Armys ground attack and just hung on to win...Cards can throw and run and are a much better defense team...
Temple -5.5 over UConn **
Huskies beat Stony Point by 3...cannot score...in 4 games 10,19,21 and 14...Temple is young but has a good qb in Walker who can run and pass...Huskies have no offense
Rutgers -11.5 over Tulane ****
Nites have a solid defense,very quick and athletic. Stopped Penn St cold..they beat Navy by stuffing the run...they have a good def backfield so if the Wave want to throw they could be in trouble. Nova had 5 ints vs the Lions...think he got his wake up call....top Rb out for RU but they have some studs on the bench...
Notre Dame -12 over Cuse **
Game is in NJ...think Irish have to much on both sides of the ball. Cuse just beat Nova and lost to Maryland by 2 td's...this is a recruiting game because both schools love the NJ high school kids...if Kelly can he might put a few more points on the board to pad the score..
TCU -34 over Smoo ***
Smoo has new qb,new coach...and cannot score...they have lost 45-0,43-6,and 58-6 to Baylor,North Texas and Tx AM...TCU isn't that strong this year but think they can beat the Mustangs...Smoo thinks its a rival game....but its not in TCU's mind..you need two teams to create a rival...maybe in the old SWC...Frogs handled Minny last week...same vs mustangs today..
