This line has me shaking my head, I was looking for some feedback. It opened around 8, which right off the bat looked low to me. I figured that as the week went on it would move up towards 9 or 10. Sure enough, the line moved...except it dropped to 7. Basically it's two potent offenses on the field, so there will be plenty of scoring. I had a feeling after UNC's win over GTech that the line would be a little over inflated towards the Heels. I was at the game, we looked less than stellar, we still gave up almost 400 yds of offense (including 290 i think on the ground). If not for the 4 or 5 turnovers by GTech that game is a different story.

What's the deal with this line? I know Loiusville is less than stellar on the road, but they should be well rested with their week off last weekend. I think the line looks off to me to the point that it makes me want to play the heels if anything. You know any time a line looks too good to be true it is (see GT at UNC last week). Everything I've read or seen has everyone on Louisville, and I think the consensus later in the week will mirror that.

Any thoughts?

UNC has been underperforming its talent level. That effort against UVA was pitiful. About the worst tackling I've ever seen. You'd think that getting rid of Huxtable would make a difference, but it didn't in the first two games. Maybe a win improves their attitudes -- don't know.

Darian Durant gets the "Carson Palmer award" for this year.

The Carson Palmer award goes to the one player in college football that seems like they have been with their teams for at least 10 years.

The sad thing about Durant is that if he was on a good team, it would be sick. I feel bad for the guy, he's a winner on a losing team. Hell can you imagine if he was QB at Florida State instead of Rix? Speaking of Rix, he would be my vote for the aforementioned award. (Even though Durant sold his teammates out only to transfer back once he realized South Carolina had a starter).

Line is now at 8, and total at 63...man i wish i had grabbed that when it opened in the late 50s at Pinnacle.

Like the Ville, but I swore them off last year...bet with them three times last year and bet against them three times last year.....0 for 6!!!!Everytime they looked like a lock they got rolled. Hard team to get a feel for.

Our best RB Ronnie McGill is out with an ankle sprain. We do have a good backup in Jaque Lewis. Also our starting punter is suspended for a team infraction, so we will have a freaking walk-on freshman punter starting the game this weekend.

At least he has a good offensive line -- a lot better than what Davenport and Keldorf had to work with when the D was so awesome.
