Scott4USC said:If you read my post carefully, I said it was "not likely" LSU would pass USC in the BCS to become #2. I did not say LSU could not pass USC in BCS.
Why do I think that? At the very best scenario for LSU, they would still have to make up a full point because USC will be ahead of them in both polls. LSU does not have the SOS in my opinion to do that. Also, if WSU runs the table (likely they will), they will finish in the top 10 BCS, which gives USC bonus points. It will be very difficult for LSU to pass USC in the BCS.
That is why I am rooting for LSU to run the table and keep Ohio St. out of the #3 spot in both polls. Ohio St. has a better chance to pass USC if they win out. Playing poor OOC games will hurt LSU greatly. Unfortunately for LSU, they will learn the hard way on reasons NOT to schedule piss poor OOC opponents.
Louisiana Monroe (division 2 school)
Arizona
Western Illinois (division 2 school)
Louisiana Tech
That is a freaking joke of an OOC schedule.
FIGHT ON!!!!!!!!!!!

USC is a better team than LSU. But i hope LSU wins out because i think it will help USC. We shall see in the next 3 weeks. Last year USC clearly was the best team in the nation, and this year USC is clearly the 2nd best team in nation "so far". The next 2 years will be NC runs by USC. Good times at USC!!!!!!
As of right now USC has a tougher SOS than LSU. Lets see what it is at the end of the year. I know USC got passed by Ohio St. in most of the computer polls except for 2 i think. V-Tech losing really hurt USC.
Look at another thread where i posted about USC losing to Cal and why.
Majority of fans across the nation want a USC vs OU matchup. Like it or not. Sorry, they did a poll and USC vs OU came on top. USC vs OU is the best possible matchup because USC can upset OU.
FIGHT ON!!!!!!!!!!
