Cie. Come on now Auburn offense has come a long way since the MSU game. People that continue to bring that game up after we put up 30+ against "An awesome USC defense that stuffs the run" are just naive. You said it yourself Cam is a manchild. Head and shoulders above Tebow - who was stopped by 1 defense in 2 years and it was the rawest Bama defense the SEC has seen in years.

LSU won't be able to stop Newton. If they load the box and spy 2 LBs on him, he will pick their defense apart. We have plenty of weapons, just to this point in time we haven't had to use them

Having said all that, I wouldn't bet on anything higher than 5.5 but i sure as hell wouldn't take LSU

I was just yankin' chain with the Miss St post, but I can tell you one thing we disagree on is CM's passing ability. If LSU keeps Aub off schedule, then LSU can win this game on the road.

This post makes me laugh...

"is auburn that much better this year" = obviously hasn't watched a single snap in an Auburn game this eyar

"only legit D they played = MSU" = Obviously doesn't watch SEC football in general. South Carolina says hello.

Good overall logic. might wanna turn on the television occasionally instead of reading box scores

dont even compare South Carolinas defense to LSU defense. Like comapring night to day its totally different

Cie I am very fired up. What these guys dont realize is that John Chavis has been game planning for 2 weeks on wildcat defense. LSU will win outwright and have 2 weeks to prepare for Bama. I will be eating corndogs in Glendale. 1 man does not make a football team. And I have watched plenty of AuBarn this yer and other than Cam and Dyer they weren too impressive.

I am going to throw my two cents in:mj07:
If Lsu rushes cam, which I am betting on this....
you will be tiger bait as his numbers are exceptional against the rush. If you lay back? Cam will run you over. Your coach can call Miss St's def coordinator and that was then this is now.
I am as excited over this line covering as I have been in years. LSU is the team that will be exposed, Not Auburn.............
Les will not be a factor as his team will be down too many points in the end.

Defense wins championships. According to how everyone is sucking cam's dick they should have beat Clemson by 100 points. Arkansas 2nd string threw it all over them and hey have 2 starters out on D. We have had 2 weeks to gameplan for them! If you bet Awbarn minus 6 you will lose!

Ok douche how about this.

Here's some info I came across concerning the LSU / Auburn game....

It seems like the potent offense of Auburn hasn't yet played a defense as strong as LSU's....Here is a listing of the total defensive rank of the teams that they played....

Ark. St.#119....
Miss. St.#35....
Clemson#55....
So.Car.#67....
Monroe#87....
Kentucky#60....
Ark.#32....

LSU #3 in total defense & #6 in rush defense (85 ypg)....

Good luck....And take that Saints Avatar off. We don't allow Saints fans in Bama.

I guess we will see after the game. I am trying to post useful information. I know quite a few players on the team and tech golf to several of the coaches. Its about information. Did you ever wear a bag on your head to a saints game?

everyone had bags on there heads, half price tickets and half price beer back then, just to get someone in the stands.
I had lunch with Gene and Gus this week, so what? There were 20 of us and they told us what we wanted to hear. chaviz is a great coach and Gus acknowledged that. Everyone knows he is friends with MSU's coach. My question is ....how does auburn go from insignificant on offense to where they are now?
Both of your qb's will not equate to what ours will do tomorrow. He is a man among boys........ You are correct, we will see. Do not ask me to change anything, as at 51 I am fine with who I am.

I will miss kickoff. I am tivoing the game but I will see you on here tomorrow night. I am not pounding my chest saying LSU is amazing, they have played sloppy. We have yet to see LSU play a turnover free game. If they do Auburn's defense will be in trouble. I am just wondering what the excuses will be when LSU wins outright?

LSU offense is just horrid. Maybe the worst in SEC.

Defense is pretty good. However, its a little overrated.

I truly believe Auburn is going to win by 20+

Now, LSU does play spectacular special teams and the defense can create some short fields for its offense---See WVU game.

Other than that scenerio--I just don't see any other way this isn't a blow out. I look for LSU to lose 3-4 games this year.

That Florida win was garbage. They scored no offensive TDs versus WVU (I am not counting that 5 yard drive that took them 4 plays). That McNeese state performance wasn't because of a letdown, either.:sadwave:

No excuses here, if you have been a handicapper for any length of time you would understand that sometimes you have egg on your face with predictions. Kind of like golf, sometimes your on point and sometimes you asking yourself wtf am I doing this for?
