Do you ever tell the wife that she's bad luck or a jinx? ? ? LOL

YUP its my fault the Cards blew it.........

ROSES are back luck I haven't seen a dozen roses in 10 years I SWEAR LOL,we have a lucky rock from flecher ville, lucky hats ,socks,shirts and oh the usual don't touch that statue on the tv thats turned around backwards that lucky sometimes too...........

I have a lucky pair of underwear that came back into my life after being taken by a former girlfriend in an attempt to break my spirit.

I wear them during football season and at every big meeting I go to where I need some luck turned in my favor.

Bonez ~ as you know I am not a big bettor but I bet on football and if I decide to take the over/under on a game I usually pick which one I take by driving and if I am coming up on a light and I say, "if I make this like then I am taking the over but if I miss the light then I am taking the under". STUPID right? LOL

My Lucky Underwear Arrived!
I used to have these lucky silk underwear I got in Richs Dept Store , that had greenback dollars flying around. They were dark green.

It was no big deal, until one day I was trying to close this huge business deal. I had put in alot of work and things didnt seem to be going right. I tried a few things to turn the tide. Nothing worked. I began to sweat. Just then we get a phone call and the deal has been approved by the home office. They signed the contract and left me sitting there exhausted.

It was like mana from heaven.

When i got home I was trying to figure out how I got so lucky. I went to take a shower and looked down and there were the underwear I was wearing with the dollars floating around. From then on when i needed something to happen, I would wear the underwear. They always came through for me.

One day the underwear disappeard under mysterious circumstances. that was two years ago.

To make a long story short. I recieved my lucky underwear in a priority mail package this Friday. An old girlfriend had taken them when she left here one time to jinx me from my gambling ways.

I think this may be a sign. I think the Throw it th F.... Down play is imminent. The tide is turning . Things are now in my favor.

Yeh thats right I said it. Winners. Money in the bank.

So we move forward now and we do not look back much. Not even worried about past games and disruptive thoughts as we enter the next stage of the football season. Got to take what we learn and turn it into dollars.

I have about 15 college jerseys. When they go cold, a new one is put on. For some reason, Chris Simms always is the big game jersey. He always comes through.

On a sadder note, my 4-year old nephew is no longer allowed to wear his Brian Urlacher jerseys on Sundays. It somehow gets lost every Saturday night.

When it looks like the game may not go my way. I will stop watching and go to my lucky channel for scores. For whatever reason ESPN seems to have more good scores for me then anyother outlet.

When I was in grade school I had a Panama Jack shirt that I got in trouble every time I wore (not the fashion police, either!). It was amazing how I noticed it after the third time. I was pissed, too, because I thought that shirt was so cool. I finally threw the shirt away. My mom found it in the trash can and asked me why I threw it away and made me take it back to my room. That shirt sat in the bottom of my toybox for at least three years!

I don't have any lucky charms, but I do not touch my cards in poker until the dealer is completely done dealing each round. Also, everyone that plays with me knows not to EVER touch my cards unless they are the dealer!:nono:
