I certainly see some sort of football game here.

Penn State(-25') for 1*
Penn State rolls.

Kansas State(-2') for 1*
They will be all right if they show the energy and emotion they should in this spot.

Air Force(-3) for 1*
Notre Dame's best total effort of the season in that lit up stadium may still eek out a tip your hat to 'em victory.

Will definitely be playing a couple more.

Adding:

Iowa State(+9) for 1*
The exceptionally well coached Cyclones look to change history. McCarney has stated more than once that Wallace does not like throwing in the rain, but he did a first rate job of it last year in beating Iowa 17-14, and that isn't Favre of the tundra gripping the ball on the other side. I see plenty of scenarios that bring ISU under the number against the best Oklahoma has.

Cal(+3') for 1*
Absolutely the only time in my life I can remember the Pac 10 being my best conference for college plays, so I'll stick with it.

Texas Tech(-6') for 1*
A big spot for a decent team to play well or else.
