Fairfield -5.5 over Loy Md ******
Love the Stags at home today.1st of all I think they will win the MAAC conf. This line is off by over 5 or 6 pts.Stags have played a tough schedule losing to Rutgers by 15,Penn St 20,and St Joes by 9.But the Joes game went down to the wire.Stags were leading 44-43 with 3 minutes left. They have the POY in gd Needham.Edney is a 6'5 power fd that can score.Olander is the 7'0 big guy who can't score but takes up space and rebounds. But their best player is really Nero who sat out all last yr.He is a local kid who played for my buddy here in the valley. He is a 6'7 fd who can drive and shoot.I remember his 1st college game 2 or 3 yrs ago vs Georgetown. He made 7'0 Hibbert look bad in post moves, fakes,up and under....etc. With Nero back even though he is avg 7 pts a game he is an impact player...he'll avg 15 pts 8 bds a game soon.Hawkins is another 6'5 fd that missed half the yr.....Loy Md lost to Peters at home by 3 the other night.Greyhounds have Barney and Cormier two gds that can score.Etherly is their 6'7 rebounder that is avg 10 pts a game....6'10 Walker is just like Olander....Greyhounds have trouble scoring....so does Stags avg only 57 pts pts a game..that ranks them 335th....but thats against some big schools...think Needham dominates at the gds spot,Nero returns and playing at home give the stags a double digit win....

Canisius -6.5 over Marist ***
Iona -15 over Niagara **

be back later to explain...

Griffs had a decent front line with Bellardo trying to take Turners place at gd.Frazier can score.Foxes are all sophs and frosh and will get better esp. after stopping their 24 game losing streak.Close game but think Griffs get a rd win.

Iona -15 over Niagara **
Hate giving that many pts.But Iona can score and the Purple can't.NU is so young.

Tulsa -6.5 over Ark LR **
St Joes +7 over Princeton **

I checked and saw the same thing...I think it said Loy out scored Fairfield 32-14 in the 2nd half...did that happen or was it a mistake? All I know is that Fairfield won by 10...I'll check the box score later....I guess the Foxes have their act together....two teachers at my school went to the game...I'll get some info from them tomorrow...

Taking for a small play
Idaho -3.5 over Eastern Mich **

Was thinking about Texas and Maryland but the lines are where they should be..no advantage.

wannabee...no snow down here yet but we hear some could come this week...
