Fairfield +9.5 over Iona **
Iona has lost 5 of 8....just when you think they have awoken they get beat by Quinny in OT ..Iona avgs over 84 pts at home...Stags defense gives up 75 pts a game...a fw more on the road...Stags have lost 3 of last 4 on the road...both teams playing so inconsistent...last yr Iona won here 101-71..but English had 46.....he's gone and Stags have most of those 75 pts back... Nelson,Cobb,Segura,Miln,etc..also now have Sidbe inside...Iona does have Washington inside...Stags don't have any post defense...think Stags can keep this close due too Gaels pressure defense as Nelson and co shoot uncontested open shots..if they fall in Stags can win or cover..but there is another problem... Stags can't play any defense either...maybe the over at 159-160 is the play...
Canisius -2.5 over Quinn *
Have to be very careful here... Quinn looks bad,plays bad and sucks everyone in including me several times...they just beat Iona at home in OT...beat Manhattan by 9...beat Marist by 13 and Niagara by 3 up in the falls...Dixon is on fire scoring 18,18,20 17 and 15 in last 7 games...Daniels is scoring and Kiss is one of the top freshman in the conf...Griffs beat them earlier in the yr by just 3 up in Buffalo...Griffs are the new UNLV's of the Buffalo area...there 2 fds are avg 14-15 pts a game...they started out the season 0-4 vs Zaga.Seton Hall,etc...now they are top in the MAAC avg almost 80 pts a game...Robertson is on fire scoring, 13,30,13,15,17,21 and 16 in last games...Crump and Douse are tough....Griffs can win the MAAC...but there is a problem...they can't play any defense...although they can score 80 pts a game they give up 79...damn...can't have everything...they have given up in their last games...76,58,72,98,77,79,101, and 87...the 58 doesn't count because its Marist...think everyone in the country tonite is on the Griffs...small play for me with a slight lean towards the team from upstate NY....Quinn is ranked 11th in ATS 10-4....and the only reason Canisius is getting 1 *box from me is that they are ranked 37th at 10-6 ats...would not be surprised to see Quinny cover or win...tonite...they also can't play defense...
Monmouth -13.5 over Manhattan *
Know both teams inside and out...have no idea..Hawks might have awoken and could blow the Jaspers out of NJ as long as Christie doesn't close the G. Washington Bridge..Turner has scored over 20 pts in last 5 games.. Waterman playing good inside..Usilo has come off the bench and scored and rebounded...but on the road Jaspers are terrible..losing to Marist in OT,Iona by 15,Quinn by 9 Peter by 14...Hawks are much better then they are playing...Hawks are 7-1 at home but are 6-1-8 overall ATS...should really pass but a small lean to the Jerseys boys..
