Have not posted a play since a horrific early season in college hoops last year. So caveat emptor applies here. Just one that I think is really solid this week.

Ball State -2' 5 units

This play is not an over reaction to the Card's dismantling of a short handed Toledo team last week but more of an endorsement of their improving play in general. BSU has seemingly gotten better every time out. Drew Plitt is IMHO the best QB in the conference and he has 3 viable targets in Miller, Hall and Davis that are all in the top ten in the MAC in receiving. They should do very well against an Ohio defense that has given up 6.4 yards a snap and at best has been quite porous . Going with the hot team at home laying less than a FG to Ohio U

Other MAC plays: all for half a unit

Miami Oh/ Kent State over 58

NIU -23 vs Akron

CMU +2' vs Buffalo

CMU / Buffalo under 47' (1 unit)

Both teams rely on pounding it on the ground and both have been good defending the rush. Buffalo's offense could only muster one score vs. lowly Akron last week.

Akron/ N. Illinois under 44 1 unit

The Zips will again be without starting QB and can't run the ball at all. Not sure I've ever seen a team with a less potent rushing attack as they have averaged less than 2 yards a carry. Would not be surprised to see them shut out again. NIU should dominate here in a real yawner.

Weather looks wretched for most of Big Ten and MAC area with large front moving in. I tossed a a few more unders into the mix. All for a unit unless noted.

Illinois/Purdue under 54' (2)

E Mich /Toledo under 54' (2)

BG / Western Mich under 65'

Iowa / NW under 37

Ohio / Ball State under 59'

Wisc / Ohio State under 49

I finished up 6-6 down about 3 units after losing the biggie on the Ball St game. The last post with all the under plays kept the damage to a minimum.
