Well besides the fact the trends are against EMU and that EMU is terrible on the road...I still think Buffalo will go winless in the MAC this year. This team has major problems.

Ive watched the last 3 EMU games, and they are playing fundamental basketball....they are rebounding, shooting well, and even hitting FTs.

I do realize how bad EMU is on the road...but come on. Is this REALLY home court advantage for Buffalo??? They average just about 1000 per game....1000!!! No fan support at all. Nothing to advantage....this more like a game on a neutral court if you ask me.

Boo Jackson has been playing solid, Austin has been driving inside and drawing fouls and Ryan Prillman is just doing what he`s been doing all season long. I like tonights match-up with Battle and Austin...other then that, everything else favors EMU as far as match-ups go. My guess is Buffalo gets into early foul trouble just like Toledo did.

i agree. i actually just posted this a few minutes ago asking for help on this line. this game should be a blowout in the first half.

had to go with the bobcats tonight, but nonetheless, i think youre gonna have yet another good night.
just noticed the niu game is on tv as well. should be a good one to watch

and it sure seems like you have a good grasp on the MAC but i gotta tell you that you are mistaken about a couple things regarding Ohio's Johnson...

1- he was in a car accident recently which is the reason he has been out recently...

2-I read in local rag today that Johnson DID NOT even travel to DeKaulb and will not be playing tonight.

Amazing how facts can sometimes be so out of whack. For the record I hope you are right about Johnson playing tonight as I am on Ohio.

just got back from the Toledo game...yes i skipped class :p

what a fun game...there were all sorts of dunks, and 3 pointers....and oh yess...punches being thrown, 2 Toledo players thrown out, and a BG ass. coach being thrown out...but Toledo covered...but I lost my 1st hafl wager..

and wtf...

Buffalo?!!? I dont know wanna know...I`ll just swallow the loss and move on...

Fade4six - If Sonny was in an accident then that would really surprise me....I mean I have a few friends that graduated with me that now attend OU and they said they didnt hear anything about Sonny being in a car accident. They musta kept it hush hush...

I am not trying to offend you or rip on you in any way, but if you don't know something for sure, then don't proclaim it.. Sonny Johnson DID play tonight, and WAS in a car accident.. I guess it is partially my fault for not looking into this matter further myself.. but for future reference, get your facts right.. it will save ppl. some $.. Thanks

if he DID play and WAS in a car accidant then you would have to assume that the car accident didnt mean anything.

So that makes your comments uhhhh......meaningless.

Don't worry about it though, hell for a long time I thought that
Air Force was a passing team.

I looked and asked...if you have a problem with the way I do things...then dont bother...I said no truth to it because I looked around and asked. If he got into a car accident..then good for him.

and your comment on saving ppl $$$....if you see my first post..I was originally on NIU then bought it back because I realize NIU hasnt been playing good at home and that 6 is alot to lay to Brandon Hunter. If you got burned tonight by them....sorry. I dont ever claim to have "inside info" nor do I ever claim to make stuff up.

Obviously him playing tonight didnt even matter.....hell Ohio still sucks whether he got into an accident or not. Ohio is MORE then Sonny Johnson...he`s only like 2% of offense...plus he`s a shitty defensive player. Nothing like his brother down in Oxford. If you really are gonna cap this Ohio team....you have to look beyond Sonny Johnson....who cares if he got into an accident...that shouldnt matter. This team is Brandon Hunter first...then Steve Esterkamp second. Everybody else is as if they arent there.....they play selfish basketball and Tim O'Shea has revolved that team around Hunter as if he`s Jordan.
