Buffalo -8.5 over Canisius **
Both teams have big time players..Crumpton and Massing....rivals,same city,Reggie fired by Buffalo,etc...Bulls are more athletic,much better frontline,quicker and are favored to win East MAC....Griffs lost a few players inside...both teams have juco's and tranfers...Bulls whole team can rebound and dunk...Grifs aren't their yet..Perkins inside makes the difference for Bulls...Griffs won in OT last yr..year before Bulls won in OT...but this could be the best Buffalo team Griffs have faced..in awhile..
La Salle -8.5 over Peter **
Peter lost its 2 W's and Portly...BJ and Pookie can score for La Sal ...peter plays great defense and La Salle can't defend anyone..just think with BG's scoring,Stukes inside and pookie with the ball it will be to much offense for Peter to catch up with..Peter coach somehow takes less talented players,teaches defense and beats the Iona's Siena's etc when not one of his own players could start for the opposing teams..last year they were 23-14 and 14-6 in conf.. but he lost 4 players from that team...hate going against them today but think Lasalle has to much firepower

As dumb at that was something like that happened to me
Its around 1982-83...my HS star JF is playing at UMass....they are playing at the Meadowlands I think...a whole bunch of teachers and staff are going to drive down to the game..UMass had 10 tickets for us at the will call window....we were about to leave the school when I get a call from the UMass asst coach.. he says " box,your boy JF will not be playing tonight..we just sent him back to Amherst...about an hour ago in a NJ mall he stole something....has been suspended for 2 games....didn't want all you people driving down for nothing"... Unreal Didn't know what he stole..so the next day I got JF on the phone....he was ashamed and crying....and you know what he stole a black kiwi polish....not sure if they even have them anymore what a knuckle head... so I can't talk any smack about LiAngelo.....back then each NCAA player got $15 a month for laundry...now JF came from Brooklyn and a broken home and had no money...this is not an excuse because many of his teachers and staff had helped him..father doing life,mother drug addict,etc... sad story...but good news..JF graduated with a BA from UMass,and has worked with Sears in NYC for over 25 years....he made it...but everytime I hear about some athletes stealing or see or hear about black kiwi polish I think of JF...
