I book with sportsbook.com.
On 11-08 I made a deposit via telephone for 100.00. They ran the deposit twice (Freezing 200.00 of my checking account instead of 100.00) I didnt find out until 1 week later. Got all of these notices from the bank of bounced checks....all due to sportsbnook overbilling me 100.00, this has caused a domino effect on my bank account and in 10 days it will be closed. I have contacted them and I keep getting B.S. I have faxed them all papers from my bank stating that ALL of the checks would have cleared if they hadnt overbilled me 100.00. Point is they owe me 240.00 (20.00 for each bounced check times 12) I have 10 days to clear this from my bank from today 11-26. What can I do?
