i took my kid to watch this movie today and this movie was unwatchable. the story sucked!!!! it was like they sat in a room and and said ok lets make a movie like shrek and had the PA(production help who takes the trash out and chit) well anyway yea had the PA write up a story and draw a few characters and wallah heres MADAGASCAR 
i mean it had a couple of funny moments but besides that i wouldn't recommend anyone to go see this movie. i'm so glad it was a short movie cause i was just getting so frustrated towards the end of the movie. its definately not worth paying $10 i'd just wait till it comes out on DVD if i was u guys.
