Now of course in adwords your product goes up to everyone.
So you need the right keywords in description that point directly to your product or service and try to give something away for FREE to get buyers in!
I mean something for FREE without even buying your stuff.
Could be any type of information PDF file or something. Then you have thier E mail address and trust because they like what you gave them for free.
Also the new free advertising is using all the social media sites not just Face Book and twitter Myspace Linkdin Meebo etc...
And for gosh sakes make a you tube channel
a good webcam for $50 will work one where you can pause while recording directly on you tube.
No need to create adsense account to link with you tube account unless you want to make cash from those ads BUT beware uploading content that YOU did not create or have rights too will lose your you tube account.
best advice i can give you above anything else Traffic rules the net !

well go serach forums where they are or ask online who they are.
Now you have sales before creating the product(s)

STOP advertising when your ready to close your doors.
Around the corner from me one steak shop advertises staedy in paper on TV and radio
and they have to make at laest $2000 per day in profit on week day nights Mon thru thurs
Fri and sat maybe $5000 I seen the drivers never stop 5 of them always 10 slips on board for pick ups deliveries plus 3 or 5 walk in customers!
They are not on main street they are on smaller one north of large 4 lane avenue!
I hate the owner also he is former drug pusher and a prick.
But you can't be nice in biz world if u want to make money.
BOL in your adwords campaign keep your daily spend as low as possible.
