What seems to be going on with the site lately? For the last couple of weeks, it has been very slow to load pages, etc.

But today takes the cake... slowest I've ever seen it (and that includes an hour before NFL game time)...

I'm guessing there are problems with the site going on right now? I have a cable modem, and this is the only site at which I have these issues.

very fast for me right now on cable modem.

there was a "major server hub" outside of chicago that crashed which effected alot of servers and sites around the midwest to west from 2:20 pm to 4:30 pm edt.

madjacks was down during this time.

running smooth right now...

maybe clear cache and re-bookmark the site.

was just informed by server host admin that they are still working on it for some parts of the country.

update about 45 minutes ago:

Currently we are working with Telia, they have a major equipment failure in the

Bay Area and it is effecting our outgoing data in the Bay Area.



We have been informed that they are actively working on replacing the equipment and it should be done shortly, but we don't have a direct ETA at this point.

The problem seems to have been corrected as I was able to easily log-on with my handheld.

has improved for me now... quicker, but not quite as fast as I would think... but performance is now satisfactory.....

I'm in Tampa, FL tonite, and it is back to being very, very slow...

I understand it is not the server, but I was trying to figure out where the server is at, as that can be why some people are having problems. I thought most hosting providers had multiple carriers and were able to route traffic to another carrier if needed. I know Telia is a major backbone carrier so they can have outages.

So I am guessing the server is in Cali some place. so how is the west coast connection. For someone who is coming in from the east I can see how it might be slow if their was an outage in Chicago which is a major clearing house.

I sure they are working on it quickly!
