missy~I had such a good time on Friday. U r such an awesome person to hang out with. I was going to call u on Saturday, I ended up not drinking or really going out because my sisters bridal shower was on Sunday and I didn't want to be hung over. I hope u had a great time at the wedding!

It was great seeing Tbone and Liz out of there uniforms on Saturday. I am sorry I left so soon but I knew that the longer I stayed the more likely it would be that I would start drinking. Hope u ladies had a nice night out.

Gina is nuts for showing up at our game. I hope she gets better and starts taking care of herself. We miss ya babe!

O.K. now down to bus. WE NEED A S.S. the plan is for me to steal one from the fast pitch league I tried out for and made:clap: with no intentions on playing in that league. LEFTY convinced me to come with her and I ended up trying out LOL YUP.............. 34 yr. old me made it I really had no intentions of playing but I got an email over the weekend we start our first game thurs. night 8:30 so I'll see who I can steal hehehe , I hope I don't get hurt for these girls are almost all your ages needless to say I had to go down the stairs on my azz the day after try outs for I could not walk. I COULDN"T LET THEM SEE ME SWEAT it was ego booster for me because I was able to hang................ just making it was enough I NEVER SAID i WANTED TO ACTUALLY PLAY:shrug: some of them women are scary.............

I agree that we need to find a new S.S. I am so much more comfortable in the outfield. I just won't cut it there, so hopefully we will get someone. If we can't find someone and there is no one else on our team that can do it, I promise I will step up and get the job done. I refuse to let u ladies down again. My head just wasn't in it that day I know I can do the job, so dont stress too much Tbone, I'm ready if I am needed to play that position. I think I was also a little nervous. I will relax and will do my best wherever I am. We got a big week ahead of us and I am coming with my game face on. Watch out Flukes and Reales, us madjackers mean business :fingerc:

Amanda & Sue (notice I never use ESSO anymore LOL) I had such a good time Friday night. We have a game on Thrusday and Friday this week so hopefully we all go out on Thrusday again.

The wedding was good. I went with my friend Christie and they were a few single guys so it was a good thing I went with my friend. I did catch the bouquet. I told everyone that I was money for that

I hope everyone on the team tries to make it to the cages this week. We really need to bring our sticks cause we can't beat anyone just scoring one run.

Bonez ~ I don't think you should ask anyone to play. I think Sue can handle it. She didn't practice one ball to her. I talked to Joe on Saturday and he said that for our next game he is going to just work with her for a bit. Sue I know you got you just need to relax just like you said.

Tara and I have known each other for a few years but only recently have we become as close as we are. I consider her a friend. Her kids are great and her husband is a doll. You rock girl!

Now on to her skills on the field "SHE ROCKS". She strectches on first base sometimes I didn't even know that a human body could do that. She saves our asses a lot of time out that. Keep up the good work.

missy~I know I can do the job, but the last game I just felt liek I let u ladies down and I hate that feeling. If Joe is going to work with me a little before the game then I should be fine. I need some relaxation training But seriously, If I do get a second chance there I plan on doing my best. Thanks for ur support!

Tbones~I didn't take it like u were putting me down at all. I do understand it is going to be a big outfield game, but shortstop is always a big position in every game. We will have Murphy on Thursday, so our outfield should be fine. Between her, Maureen, Missy, and hopefully Annemarie will be there, the outfield should be solid. I think I would be more needed at shortstop, and I will step up my game from the last one, 10 fold. But then again if I don't play there and play somewheres else, I will step up there too. Lets put it this way, I refuse to step on the field for another game and show such a sad display of skills and talent. I will be ready no matter where I am.

I have only known Tara for a year now. From what I know she is an amazing person. Off the field, she is cool as s**t to hang out with. I always have a good time and she makes me laugh. She ahs an amazing sense of humor. On the field, she is irreplaceable on forst base. No one can do the job like her. Stretching, scooping, fielding, catching, she does it all. Might I add that grand slam last game was awesome!

I went to the cages yesterday hopefully that will help me out I need to get my stick back in action. It has been really really bad these days.

I'm not to worried we need to just play our game. Our sticks are great when we hit and are defensive is unstoppable so no worries. We got it we just have to play our game.

Hopefully having our coaches back will help and everyone is a little bit more comfortable. Let's just do it girls!!!

THE SUN IS FINALLY SHINING that alone puts me in a good mood I'm ready to play.........it feels like we haven't been on the field in forever.!

Today is my Kelly's birthday "11" awww I remember 11 , was anciuosly awaiting some boobs, some boys,and to be able to stay out a little later than when the str eet lights came on so I could go play freeze tag,or man hunt with the big kids LOL any way..........I asked the kid what she wants and alls she said was to be able to come to 1 of our games and bring a friend "her softball friend Chelsey"IS SHE THE BEST KID OR WHAT! So I picked up 2 cakes 1 for home and 1 for the game I hope you girls don't mind singing to her it would really make her feel like a big shot at our game she has no clue but I have my house decorated to surprise her and a few people are coming over at 3 to surprise her I lead her to believe its just another day and over the weekend I was going to take her for the real deal roller skates she wants,

I may be late for the game, well not late but getting there at like 6:15. I have some guys for the Dept. of Agricultural coming in and they take forever always. I will be there I might have to get change at the field though. Hope you girls don't mind blocking me. :moon:
