You could be right, but from what I was told, the two systems are completely different, and the cost for the bank to complete this transaction is expensive. When I tried to cash one last year (from a contest I ran here), it was turned down, and I was told of the fee. This fee could be assessed by that individual bank, but that is not what the lady told me. She said it was standard.

I guess if they cash it, everything would be everything.
