Early thoughts:

Duke will make another run...committee made sure of it...west is weak bracket....Oregon not a real threat IMO...I think Texas could be as dangerous as anyone in the west

Providence is a team to watch

Miami FL will be in elite 8...as usual Villanova will choke early....

Pac-10 I think gets throttled..

Monmouth should have been in...to win on the road like they did against good teams. If they had Ucla or Ohio st on the front of their jerseys then they would have been in

Lastly-

WVU and Seton hall are my two bracket busters or makers...takin em both deep

Gl will add shortly

Nice info!! I'm not sure about Texas though. Drew a very tough 1st round vs N Iowa who beat 2-3 ranked teams this season. Horns just haven't impressed me

Gl bud, I agree with most of what you said. Except Oregon, they are very capable of doing some damage. They are playing very well and at the right time, i honestly think they can hang with anyone.

Hud - everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I'm not quite sure how Texas didn't impress almost everyone this year with some very big wins against the top 25 and 4 vs top 10. Shaka has done some great things with this team, and no one can have an off day against them.

As always, the next few weeks will be exciting as hell. Gl fellas.

Good stuff addict.

I'm wondering how Oregon got a 1 seed over Michigan St.

I also thought Indiana and Kentucky got screwed with the possibility of having to play each other so early. I don't think 2 conference champions should have to meet until the 3rd game for both at the minimum. East seems to be toughest bracket by far.

agree cruncher

how mich st wasn't a 1 is beyond me

and the fact that Kentucky beat TEX AM in the conference tourney and is a 4 compared to tex AM #3>???????? committee really has me lost on what they look for

they preach road wins and road wins and road wins........Monmouth played like 9 out of 10 road games at one point- and beat Notre Dame and UCLA and couple other big programs- they cant help if those big programs had down years- I think it is a rob job they didn't make it

MARYLAND I think makes a run to final 4 if they get by Kansas- trimble is best player in bracket and in these tourneys the two most important things are guard play and have a guy who can take over- experience too I suppose but trimble is a freakish athlete----

You're probably right....maybe just the few times I've watched them they've looked like crap. Their offense does struggle at times. Shaka is a monster coach!! Jus sayn....N Iowa is no joke! Horns better bring the A game

:mj07::mj07::mj07: Why do you think PAC 12 gets throttled? Couldnt be because you live in PA and never see
there games. I think you might be a bit surprised. I live in Portland Oregon and watch a ton of games and I will tell you The Ducks and Cal Bears are for real. Cal has 2 NBA lottery players and the Ducks just like the Football team have some of the best athletes in the country with a great leader in senior Elgin Cook and two of the top players from Canada including top shot blocker in the country 6-10 Chris Boucher. Both teams at least get to Sweet 16 and I like the Matchups for The Ducks to get to Final Four. They have won 13 in a row. Colorado will beat Uconn and Arizona will win its first two. Go Pac 12 .

trying to find a number on cuse to make it til final 4-

don't know if any books offer it now after round 1.

they get MTU/UTAH which I think they win both

then either ISU or VA most likely....if they can someone squeak by a chance for a big +$ winner
