Madonna received something unexpected for her 47th birthday: three cracked ribs, a broken collarbone and a broken hand.

The injuries occurred during a horse-riding accident on Tuesday at Ashcombe, the entertainer's country estate outside London.

Never broken a collar bone, but cracked a rib for the second time in my life about a month ago playing in a coaches softball game and it really sux. Anytime you have to sneeze or laugh, you better be ready to lose your breath, because it is extremely painful, and she cracked three of them. She better have some serious painkillers.

Sorry if she pulled a Reeve I wouldnt have posted anything. I am just not a Madonna fan, thats all. On a sidenote I have broken my collarbone before and it was absolute hell. Still have a bad left clavicle and cant sleep on it at night as it gets sore easy

She must really be in a world of shit then between the collar bone and cracked ribs at the same time. She better just hook herself up to a morphine drip for the next 6 months.
