He hasn't had a 2 inning save all year..........Uribe can't get a bunt down and Carpenter hangs a breaking ball that my 10 yr old son could have homered on.....Pitching Kershaw on 3 days rest was a questionable decision that will backfire on them in his next start....,,,
they will start grienke game 1 and not have to worry about wainwright in game 1

mattingly got away with bad decision and this team seems to be getting all the breaks. IMO, mattingly had pressure from ownership to get this thing done at home tonight and start kershaw.

The Braves were very short on starting pitching......when you have to start Medlen in Game 1 vs Kershaw and game 4 Garcia who pitched about 15 innings with the Braves this year vs Kershaw again that is a very tough situation......The Cards have hit both Kershaw and Greinke very well and this rookie Wacha is the real deal for the Cards.....
