Something stinks with him this series so far.

Bases loaded last night. Takes 3 straight strikes never even moved the bat.

Tonight easy fly ball just dropped.

They will have Carpenter and Wainwright after Pineiro, and IMO, that's better than any other team in baseball could pony up if down 0-2.

I'm not saying they will, but I think if any team could do it...it's them.

No, I don't. They got swept by Milwaukee heading into the playoffs, too. Finding a win will be tough after a loss like this. Finding 3 without a loss will be a monumental task.

I mean seriously. A routine fly for a major leaguer. The deer in the headlights look is getting old and I'm a huge cards fan. Last night in the 1st was bad but this is waay worse. Game over, series over

plus, I lost the ml bet and a 2 game parlay with ml/cards under.

Now I'm pulling for mizzou.

Last night

Last night

I watched that AB over and over on DVR. I wondered WTF was this piece of shit thinking. There is NO WAY in all of hell that game 1 of playoffs. You have bases loaded and NO OUT and you take a slider for ball 1 then a 4seam fb for ball 2.

THEN TAKE

4SEAM FB STRIKE LOOKING
4SEAM FB STRIKE LOOKING
4SEAM FB STRIKE LOOKING

CALLED OUT ON STRIKES.

THEN TONIGHT DROP THE 3RD OUT OF A SERIES TYING GAME 2.

I am not going to say the words people dont want to hear but these 2 major game changing plays in back to back games is not the norm.

I agree it is fishy but wouldn't he want to drop a ball earlier in the game then wait till 2 outs in the 9th with nobody on? If he was on the fix, he can't control what the next batters do unless it is hit to him again.

I'll be all over the Dodgers to sweep on Saturday. Seriously, Padilla is 4-0 since being traded & Piniero... LOL... he sucks.

Cards will be -155 or more... take the Dodgers to the bank. Game #2 will linger in the Cards mind and Torre is arguably the best manager in baseball. I wish Manny was benched because he can't hit without the juice. He's old and playing like shit during the playoffs.

they will push a game five and IMO if that happens they win I just told a guy today if they (ST. Louis) win game 3 they will win series.................BTW torre isn't that good a manager........he kills bullpens and coached the yanks out of the playoffs the last couple years they were in
