I will agree that Indy has lost a step, and Jax should dominate and take the division. Jax added strength, Indy stayed pat in my opinion.

we don't how jax d-line is going to perform after letting 2 (?) of their players leave....if the d-line is equal to past year's performances, then i think that they may over-take indy..
