it was the right move, the wrong move was NOT to send Gordon, especially on a hit and run with 1-1 count, if he had there's no way they get gordon at 2nd and no way they throw Puig out at 1st with that ball hit deep ion the hole....1st and 2nd no outs, for uribe instead of 1 out man on 1st:nono:

Dee had the green light and didn't run, he tried to break up a double play that wasn't going to happen instead of sliding straight in...his inexperience cost the dodgers along with either not making a somewhat routine catch for a big league center fielder...I respect Don and Dee's peers for not throwing him under the bus...I promise you Don didn't put Dee in to run to sit on first base, he is on the roster to run nothing else

Might have been a bad move. Blame the players . They had ducks on the pond in almost every inning and couldn't score :facepalm:
Plus twice in the inning where Zack gave up the two runs, he had two pitches that should have been called strike 3 but didn't get the call.

Bottom line mistakes will be made but you have seven games to play , may the best team win:0008
