David over Goliath was 25,000:1
I had that to close out a 5 teamer :00hour

They won the championship without even playing in a championship game? I just saw a bunch of people celebrating when another team tied their opponent. Turns out those people were the Leicester players. I like it when teams have to beat someone to win a championship, not wait for someone else to fall down.
It's a 38 game round robin competition. It's a much truer champion than anything that a playoff format can provide. It's not like playing 162 games and deciding who's better in a best of 5. Yesterday was the day that they won the title. Yesterday was not the greatest upset in the history of sport as the great upset lasted over the last eight months, over 3,000 minutes of play and is what makes it so incredible.

It can be a truer champion, but I don't much give a shit. I like the drama that comes with a playoff system and using the regular season to qualify for it. Sports are entertainment.

And if you like knockout tournaments, there's a champions league match tomorrow where nouveau riche Manchester city take an aging side with one last campaign in them after a disappointing domestic campaign into the bernabeu to take on 10-time champions Real Madrid. They bring in an ex-Madrid manager, strong attacking fire power and no defense against a Madrid side that brings back Christiano Ronaldo and fresh off a blackmailing allegation Karim benzama. What a cracker!
Head to the bar at 3. Tell them to put on fox sports and order a beer. Suddenly, your 3 o'clock beer doesn't make you an alcoholic, it turns you into a sophisticated football fan. Try it once. You'll enjoy it.
If anybody ever asks what the greatest upset in sports history was, you now know the answer.....
Leicester City wins Premier League title at 5000-1 odds:scared:scared:scared:scared:scared

By the way there were some bets placed on Leicester City, one gambler out there bet 20 pounds (20 US dollars) at the 5000-1 odds, .
Takes 1.45 USD to buy one British pound, so a 20 pound bet would be a 29 USD wager.
It was a typo, should obviously say 29 dollars.
Good catch:0074
