Someone should have told that to Head. He would refuse to take anything but a 3pter the entire game. Had plenty of open 15-17 ft jumpers, but wouldn't take them or drive to the basket.
The key possession at the end of the game was a prime example. Turned the corner on the defender...could have had a 15ft jumper or chance to explode to the basket, but since he wasn't behind the 3pt line he couldn't pull the trigger. End result was the terrible pass which just about sealed the game for NC.

LOL sun tzu your so right man. im glad they shot so many 3s cause i had UNC but if i had illinois i'd be one pissed off guy right now. everytime they come down the court they pass it around and take a 3 point shot. never ever seen a team take that many 3s, its crazy.
I don't get how people are bitching about free throws. 40 3 pointers. Horrible game plan by weber. Should have gotten inside to try to get sean may in foul trouble. Never even tried. I figured they would adjust at half but never did.

they have no inside game thus they dont get to the line as often as other teams....
i cringed as i watched those fuks miss all those threes in the last 2 possessions....yet they hit every one of them in the last 3 mins vs arizona.
congrats to unc....they had the best team and most talent all year....and again, the best nba players on the court theory wins and covers in the end...come june you will see unc players drafted early in round one, the only possible ill player would be d. williams and i dont see him drafted ahead of may, mccants, williams

talent schmalent unc is the best team. we didn't lead the nation in assists because we play as individuals.
