Metallica has really dissapointed me ever since the Black album. Don't get me wrong, I like the album but you could notice a change in their style. Then they cut their hair and that was it. But their early stuff was and still is great music. And yes to see them live is great. I just started learning Fade to Black on my guitar(the rythem, not the solo) Also when bands start off and are not filthy rich, they put a lot of heart in their music which makes it so much more appreciative. Just my 2 cents.

Yeah Snake ... I busted out Master of Puppets on my way from from work yesterday and cranked it ... the old stuff still rocks and is the reason they will still be remembered as the BEST HEAVY METAL BAND EVER in my opinion. I just hope they play mostly stuff from before the Black album at the concert.

I def agree, the old shit rocks out!! They were so good back then that it is hard to make music that good, so lets remember the old stuff!!
