The statement, "Too bad Republicans need cheap labor" is ridiculous !

Dems, Libs aren't private business owners? They don't take advatage of cheap labor? I have, and have assisted with getting the citizenship for 5 Mexican Nationals, and they are paid above the State and Federal Minimum wage. They are happy as a pig in shit to be working 5 days a week, 40+ hours in a climate controlled atmosphere. At our business, EVERYONES birthday is acknowledged and celebrated, it's a small gesture by having a cake and inviting the persons family, but it shows everyone at LMP that they are a valuable employees.

You bring up LIBS, well let me show you this, this is where I would get my workers before our company got too big for just me and one other to manufacture and ship.

Laguna Beach to vote on day labor site purchase

Funny, they didn't get the message the 8 years they had power to do something about it. I agree that Obama has been a great disapointment. Do not forget we voted for change. So far all he has offered is more of the same. My point is that both parties are no good. This country is in deep crap and we have to very careful about any 3rd party and what they stand for. Not just the one issue we all agree on.:0008

Agree that both parties suck.

:toast:

Too bad there are far too many that remain in what they believe are their comfort zone and they are terrified to step outside the lines and vote for TRUE CHANGE instead of a change in the alphabet and the barnyard

Obama is not a disappointment to me because I didn't vote for him & therefore didn't expect much from him. As far as the kind of change Obama promised....it was just election rhetoric.

That's why they all have to go.

I find it comical (not really) that the mexican gov't. continues to not get any blame (by the media) for what is going on at the border.

.................................................................
Economic incentives

The continuing practice of hiring unauthorized workers has been referred to as ?the magnet for illegal immigration.?[28] As a significant percentage of employers are willing to hire illegal immigrants for higher pay than they would typically receive in their former country, illegal immigrants have prime motivation to cross borders.

In 2003, then-President of Mexico, Vicente Fox stated that remittances "are our biggest source of foreign income, bigger than oil, tourism or foreign investment" and that "the money transfers grew after Mexican consulates started giving identity cards to their citizens in the United States." He stated that money sent from Mexican workers in the United States to their families back home reached a record $12 billion.[29] Two years later, in 2005, the World Bank stated that Mexico was receiving $18.1 billion in remittances and that it ranked third (behind only India and China) among the countries receiving the greatest amount of remittances.[30]:scared

........................................................

Easy reason the Mexican goverment doesnt want this to stop.

Its billions for the Mexican economy to the detriment of America.

and then we let the fawkers get free education, medical , and everything else.

How can we be so stupid.

We all know its political and always has been.

They tend to vote in blocks, and both parties are in need of these votes.

More than 400 people accused of having ties to trafficking for Mexican drug cartels
were arrested in 16 U.S. states on Wednesday.

As part of the latest sweep, 429 people were arrested and nearly
3,000 pounds of marijuana, 247 pounds of cocaine, $5.8 million in U.S. currency and 141 weapons were seized. :sadwave:

Not sure who you mean but I could back Ron Paul.

and that would be the correct answer :toast:

The very same man who by the MIAC Report listed Ron Paul supporters as DOMESTIC TERRORISTS !

The very same man who Glenn Beck attempted to smear

Truth News - Hired propagandist and corporate media shill, Glenn Beck, had Jonathan Sandys, great-grandson of Winston Churchill, and the neocon and former Marxist David Horowitz on his show to attack Ron Paul, or more accurately the ?fringe elements? that support Paul.

Horowitz, typically mired in the 1960s, completely mischaracterizes the underlying dynamic of the movement, drawing anachronous comparisons between antiwar radicals of the so-called ?New Left? back in the day with Muslims and the diversified antiwar movement of today. Horowitz, with his Marxist conditioning, insists on lumping these two elements together and for obvious reasons ? demonizing Paul supporters becomes an easier, albeit intellectually lazy and disingenuous effort.

Beck fine tuned Horowitz?s mischaracterization. ?Let me take it back the other way, David,? he averred, ?it?s not just the Left this time, it?s also the Right. Ron Paul?s supporters are also on the Right.? Horowitz agreed and specifically attacked Lew Rockwell, declaring the Libertarians as ?indistinguishable from the anti-American Left these days? and insisting they are ?totally in bed with the Islamo-fascists,? in other words they are terrorists.

Jonathan Sandys lamented the loss of ?traditional values,? that is to say it is no longer quite so easy to bamboozle the public and march them off to war, as our rulers are accustomed.

Beck concluded his segment by declaring the ?Ron Paul Revolution? is ?meant as a catchy slogan, but I fear some of his fringe supporters are taking the word ?revolution? to literally,? sort of like the founders took the word literally and acted upon it. Beck and his corporate handlers are concerned because, indeed, the Ron Paul Revolution is far more than a simple slogan and Paul supporters fully intend to clean out the corporate infested whorehouse in the District of Criminals and return America to a nation based on constitutional principles.

?As the Ron Paul movement grew, it was inevitable that the neocons would turn from demeaning to smearing,? writes Lew Rockwell on the LRC blog. ?One clownish and sinister example was Glenn Beck?s CNN show last night.?

Beck actually said that the US military may have to be used against the growing threat of domestic terrorism: Ron Paul donors. Why? Because there is a ?rising tide of disenfranchisement? (sic) and Ron?s volunteers raised $4.3 million in one day ?to commemorate Guy Fawkes? in a ?money bomb.? Of course, no American knows anything about the English Catholic rebel of four centuries ago. The donors were referencing the movie and graphic novel, V for Vendetta.

Then Beck says he [is] a libertarian in his heart and it?s OK to raise money anyway you want, so long as you are not ?blowing people up.? This from a guy who advocates blowing people up every day, so long as they?re Arabs.

Then comes a plummy Brit who I think is one of Bertie Wooster?s friends from the Drones Club. Then Beck gets to the real point: we are a right-wing peace movement. And being for peace means you want to kill people, whereas being for war means you want peace, if I may distill the agitprop.

It should be obvious by now that there is indeed a concerted effort to go after the ?fringe element,? that is to say patriotic Americans who want to put an end to endless neocon wars advocated by the likes of washed-up Marxists and former Trotskyites?or as the patriotic American, Paul Craig Roberts, calls them, ?the Jacobins in the Bush administration??and return America to a constitutional republic.

In the weeks ahead, we should expect more such scurrilous attacks.

Glenn Beck Scrolls Paul Is Dead Message During Interview

Glenn Beck Scrolls Paul Is Dead Message During Interview

Glenn Beck Scrolls Paul Is Dead Message During Interview

Nolan Chart - I find it very offensive for Glenn Beck to be scrolling the message Paul is Dead, Paul is Dead, Paul is Dead on the bottom of the screen during the interview with Ron Paul.
I think he should make it clear that he wishes no ill will to Dr. Ron Paul. His interview I thought was fair on the surface but he did take the interview into the typical conspiracy camp.

I would like to know why this guy Huckabee thought it appropriate to make this statement that was scrolling by during this interview? Ron Paul was right in that the threat of Theocons taking over the government is a serious threat to our nation. In his statement of earlier in the day he seemed a bit tired and un focused when he was hit with these off Fauxian questions.

I might add that Paul was talking about domestic threats to our nation at the moment that Huckabee's death to Paul comments are scrolling by in this video.
The subliminals are pretty obvious to most any trained observer.
I am quite disgusted with Beck for this. I am pretty much disgusted with Huckabee for his statements as well but that is politics. It is a dirty game. Here is the video.
