I did in Playa, sub 2k with air that is for two. Best food I've ever had as well and all inclusive. Royal Play del Carmen. You even get to pick out the pillows you want.(yes they have a pillow menu)

Call them, they'l bargain with you. Then call Apple travel and buy the plane ticket from them.

We've done Playacar about 6-7 times now. The end of Feb has always been expensive for us though because all the teachers are on vacation that week. GL loved it there!
