Miami Oh./Buffalo

Line went from Buf. -8 to -9 then dropped to -8.5 and is currently back to -8. O/U started at 51.5 went to 52, then down to 49 and is now back to 50.5. Anyone have any insight on these moves?
I am leaning towards Buffalo and the Under right now.

i was wondering the effect on the total when a game is played so early in the week... my lean is Over as Miami seems like defense is not that strong.

I haven't looked at all the Tue games to verify, but I read on another site that every game this year on Tue has gone under, with the exception being last week's buffalo/Ohio game.
