Tonight Miami plays a terrible Ohio defense which allows ~250 yards a game in the air. Betts from Miami thew 5 int last game but is much better than that and should be able to prove that tonight. The line is at -10.5 which personally I really like, however this MIAMI team if Betts doesn't throw 5 int's, is almost sure of a victory....takin this 1000 to win 200 for a sure 200 bucks!!!

6-0 this year on the ML

GLA....if anyone has any opinions let me know!

Also going with Green Bay ML tonight.....to win 200....both look like good plays that don't raise the BP too much. This weekend was a crazy weekend!

any team that has josh betts as the quarterback is not worth more than 2/1 odds, let alone 5/1 odds. what happened to betts last week wasn't exactly an aberration. he consistently makes poor decisions that ultimately kill drives. ohio is not a good football team, but this is a rivalry game and they're not going to roll over for the redhawks. keep in mind, that loss to bowling green eliminated miami from any title contention so this game is for nothing but pride. miami could win by 30 but there is no "sure" anything with josh betts.

Easy gman, Never did I say I thought Miami was an incredible team...what I said was that they will win....which is also the reason I am taking the ML...I don't trust Betts but I trust that Miami of Ohio has wide outs that are very very fast against a very very poor secondary (Ohio's). However, if Betts doesn't throw 5 int last week....against a decent Bowling Green team the outcome woulda been much different....Remeber they were favored to win by 11 or something....I really feel good that Miami wins outright..

You on the same page? by the way this is no home game for Ohio that gets like 800 fans a game to come.

Also Gman, you may be right about division race....but wrong about a bowl invite....They are still bowl eligible....and need this one REALLY F'in bad....so this means more than Pride for the coach, team, and AD

while they may very well end up in a bowl, miami does not deserve to be playing in the postseason this year. the mac is in a down year and the redhawks still couldn't win the conference.

care to guess how many teams miami has beaten with a winning record this year? that answer is "zero". not a single team.

now to their credit, they've done a good job beating up on the inferior teams. so they might very well do it again.

not sure where youre getting your attendance numbers from though, because ohio has some of the best fan support in the mac. very loyal fan base in both football and basketball.

Yeah sorry....I was thinking of Akron!!!

Maybe they don't deserve to but that doesn't mean that they won't.

Remeber Pitt playing Utah in the BCS bowl (fiesta)...WTF? But they were still there.

I don't think it's a good bet win or lose. I don't care how big your bank is or how small it is. If you make plays like this you will lose in the long run. Risk reward doesn't add up in this one.

5-1 is kinda shity....I've downgraded to 250 to win 50....going big with Farve....And to say that I will lose in the long run with the money line is not true....I go huge with plays that I know will win....like PSU this past weekend....I don't just take any old ML

Gman-please do NOT question people when they talk about attendance you are the last guy that should be quoting attendance figures--in a post you said Buffalo averages 1000 people a game-well you are off by like 4000 people.....also I saw how you "slipped in that you are in the mid 60% range on Mac football'--this maybe true but you are 58% overall in college foots according to the web tracking system you report to....good try at a play on words though.....

worm:

why do you continue to perpetuate some cyberfeud with me? you mean to tell me so bored that youre going to talk about buffalo bulls attendance figures when i probably made some random comment in a post about the bulls not playing in front of a lot of fans. my god, please tell me youre not this pathetic and or bored. kent state, buffalo, akron, and eastern michigan are all poor draws in college football. who cares? mac attendance in general is very low save for a few schools. and yes, im hitting well over 60% on mac plays this year and 59% overall in college football, something that is very difficult to do. thanks for logging onto the site. there is not a more honest or hard working service out there. but your weird obsession with me has to end at some point. why cant you accept the fact that there are other good handicappers besides yourself? we are in this together. take care and gl worm. i really iwish youd stop your stupid bullshit. because if we ever met up in buffalo - niagara falls, youd find we have a lot more in common than you think. we're equally as passionate about this.

christ, fight it out in the sports team forum between the two of you!
come on guys!

"I go huge with plays that I know will win"

:)

you're an idiot.....if that's the case you should be undefeated since you "know" you're bets will win.

i guess brett favre didn't know that you knew that gb would win.....damnit.
