Virginia, LOL!! They put together 1 game then struggle for 3, lot of mental mistakes by this team.

Mary is senior laden starting unit, all been in the program for a couple of years, not some apples that just fell off the tree .they should have much more savvy and played much higher level of basketball having been the experience of last year, they underachieve and do not play or leave it all on the court, make fundamental mistakes, they do have raw individual talent, lack team concept on a consistent basis.

they have more starting seniors than Mich st. has on the entire team, LOl! Many of those Mary players saw action last year in quality situations. Fundamentals, d and playing to potential are a matter of individual and team pride. Win or lose mich st. exemplifies this and mary doesn't. If mary did embrace the same philosophy played same intensity, combined with 1st hand experience of last year, unstoppable w/talent they have.

Raz.............youve got to be kidding.........Maryland had 1 bad second half(2 yrs ago against Duke)otherwise they would have been playing back to back national title games and then they make the final 16 this year.........PRETTY DAMN IMPRESSIVE.........I sure didnt see MSU do all that much after their national title........OH YEA I FORGOT THEY LOST BY 20 SOMETHING TO ARIZONA IN THE SEMIS A COUPLE YEARS BACK

first of all Maryland is not soft. MSU outplayed them and Md still made run in last several minutes to make it intersting. I believe these are 2 of the best coaches in country. Izzo is a master at tourny time. Maryland is my fav school but gotta give MSU props, would of rather seen Florida in this spot. All I can say is I cant wait till next year. GO TERPS
