I agree that Vick should have been given more time, however he did his ordered debt to society so I say move on, hell Leonard Little killed a PERSON and was allowed back into the NFL.

i draw the line at conduct that is specifically intended to be cruel, to torture, to take joy in pain....whether that pain is human or animal is largely irrelevant,imo... there is, after all, a reason every serial killer in history started with the neighborhood pet population...

being a "person" doesn`t exempt him...personally, i?d be embarrassed to support him, in any endeavor. there are bad people.... and he?s one of them....

As for liking or supporting him; it's pretty easy to dislike him, can't argue with that.

As for the length of his sentence. I hear people saying 15 years? or being killed by pitbulls etc. If that is the range for dog killing, then pretty much every single violent crime against humans should be life sentences. That could get tricky. Humans commit a lot of crime, and we simply can't function as a society with that sort of prison population.

So we have to basically deal with the fact that a lot of humans are stupid, evil or at times both. And they are amongst us. :scared

How do you know he didn't? There are athletes always doing shit that when you hear about it you are shocked because you didn't expect it. VICK was in jail and served his time. Jail time for killing dogs, no jail time for killing defenseless animals for "food." - Hunters hunt for the "sport" and "excitement." I work with a lot of hunters, and I've never heard them once mention having to go hunt because they NEED food.

I wouldn't like it if it happened to my pet, dog, cat, whatever. However, I can be rational. I wouldn't ask for the dude to go to fucking prison over it, jesus christ.
