many holes in that 3pt theory... neutral site : syr wins the 3pt battle 42% to 35%..... the L 5 : both team around 38% .... what happens if mich shoots 30% from 3 ???? which is more likely.... do they still win ??? you could be on the right side BUT you are expecting mich to do something that is possible but not probable .... SHOOT BETTER THAN 40 % FROM 3PTS..... THAT WON'T HAPPEN !!!!

Michigan won this game in the opening 20 minutes, doing exactly what it needed to do against Syracuse's suffocating 2-3 zone: knock down open 3s, crash the boards, and work the ball inside and out with crisp, rapid-fire passes.
