N.Mex St...i show winning ...but Utah St. has shown life at home against BYU and N.Mex...but Losing the UL Monroe..go figure...this is the 1st of their 3 road games ..i think they will be prep because next week they will get waxed at N. Texas

Toledo on paper looks like a good play...but read somewhere they ain't to hot at the house giving double digits..no play for me

these are the only two teams i have a comment on...i liked ohio before you posted akron...what do you think about UCF/Buff game????

Regarding the Clemson total, remember that UNC also has a brutal defense. And now that Clemson has suddenly found an offense with Whitehurst at QB, you may see the defense let up as has happened with the wrecking crew at TAMU.

like ncs and uva, but looking the other way on the unc total and i really like utah state to upset new mex state. i'll have a writeup on that game up by tomorrow morning. uva looks especially attractive coming off a bye week. they're out of the conference race but this game could really help their bowl hopes. bad sandwich game for joepa.

the uva number is so high because they knocked penn st out of a bowl bid in the last game last year...big revenge...but,a non-conference game this late in the year is tough...17 seems awful high to me,even with revenge..

n mx st may get this, but,i hate them as favorites....they usually play to the level of competition...the line is small enough where it may not be a factor...i expect this to be close,though...

Pittsburgh, Pa.
I'm with Master Capper on BUFFALO + over Central Florida.

In terms of my handicapping, a big strike against Ucf is 3 consecutive Home Favorite no covers, -7, -8 and -7' ATS.

My thinking is if you can't cover at Home as a Favorite, especially with three consecutive chances, it shouldn't get any easier on the road...and I don't care WHO you're playing.
