==========================
utah/csu under 126.5
==========================
a few reasons for this play:
*colorado state playing their 2nd game in 3 days on the utah trip. theres no way they can stay in the game if they go up and down the floor. of course, utah doesnt WANT to go up and down, but it helps when both teams are trying to establish the same pace
*both teams are below avg. FT shooting teams. should be a lot of misses on the front ends of 1-and-1s as well as a lot of pairs split.
*im not a trend player, but this does fall into a big monday system ive kept tabs on for the last few years. im the LAST person to pay attention to trends, but i already liked the under here and the trend points to an under. very rudimentary logic, but if the first two games follow the same pattern (the 7:00 and 9:00 games), the midnighter often follows suit (if 1st two go over, play the 12:00 over, if 1st two go under, play the 12:00 under. if the first two split, no system play) i understand the games are mutually exclusive, but its uncanny how this trend hits. sometimes, the totals are soft and the games fly over. other times (like this week), i think they inflated some numbers on these television games and these games are goin under.
personally, i think the under is a good play regardless. i just think the number is inflated, especially with utah's last few midnighters going over. but this one should be low scoring.
