For numbers 10-19, you get '9'
For numbers 20-29, you get '18'
.
.
.
For numbers 90-99, you get '81'.

If you look at the symbols for 9, 18, 27, . . ., 81 (all the multiples of 9) they're all the same, though they change every time you redo it to keep you on your toes.
