Considering Mississippi State for a big play this weekend......I had the line coming out at 17 to 18, it has opened up at the shops at 14 and 14.5...

We all know the story, Ark coming off a big win against Tennessee and has LSU on deck.....now they have to travel to face the offensivley challenged bulldogs..........a team who scored a combined 41 pts against So. Carolina,Auburn, UAB, LSU and West Virginia...throw in a loss to Tulane and that sums up there first 6 games.....

The Bulldogs O has picked up the last 3 weeks scoring 24 at Georgia, 31 vs Kentucky and 24 at Alabama and coming away with a win....still not earth shattering stuff or stellar opponents.....

But an afternoon game agaisnt Miss St. hardly seems exciting for Ark after coming off a dominating performance against UT and the showdown the week after.....Do you think Miss St will be up and ready for this game? You better beleive it...with no bowl game in sight for this program, they have a 2 game season left with a "bowl game" against a Top 10 BCS team, in which they had TWO weeks to prepare....

I like the Bulldogs + the points.....whats the opinion on where this line moves?

Little handicapping lesson for you -

You want to be careful about paying too much attention to line movement. These books will move a line "on air" just to make you think something is happening when in fact, the line movement is a decoy.

This is the world of eleven to ten. It's smoke and mirrors at its most clever. You need to be savvy. If you like the dog, make sure you like them for more of a reason than line movement.

I do like them, but if you think this line is going to rise, I'll wait.....if 14 is the best I'll get, I'll grab them now....I am not playing this game on line movement.........just wanted to know the opinions on which way this puppy moves

I played Ark-14 already assuming this line would be around 16-17 come gametime.

Dice- I like it. My only concern is can Mississppi St score enough here. Arkansas has cost me the last two weeks. Gonna take some convincing stuff to get me on it come saturday but I initially like it.

Hows the Oregon Ducks for a big play - this is the one I was eyeing for a large wager this saturday.

about not scoring enough I'm going to compare it to the NFL, but stay with me.......when I look at this game it makes me feel the same way with my tennessee play this week against balt......at home(big dog), inept offense vs a tough D and overall better team........basically seems like they have no chance, makes me feel like Im wasting my money....those are the types of plays that usually hit.......

my 3 plays as of right now look like Mich +7, Cal +5.5 and Miss St +14

oregon normally would be my kind of play, def. a better team at home with the upside of Arizona coming off a huge win....i'll look more into it

Dice I am all over Cal and Miss St with the points
and will be playing a two team ML parlay with
both. Cal has a good chance of winning straight
up and the Bulldogs can win straight too. This is
a very bad situation for the Hogs. GL2U.
