I was a member of amnesty International in the late 80's when we wanted to stop the tortures going on over there. But a road block was set up by...guess who? Your Conservative President at the time. Who was the same guy who gave Saddam the chemicals over the objections of the Congress.

That said just because I was against military action doesn't mean I like Saddam or hate America. As I said earlier I was all for getting the guy out of there in the 80's when your guys where busy propping him up. But I feel that anytime a nation enters into war it is a failure of diplomacy.

I know you guys don't like that word but you can't tell me that will all the money spent on this action and the lives taken that we couldn't of removed him from power another way.
