I know this is hard to believe, but I am not a homer. Look at my past picks, I unloaded on Bama against the Vols and lost. Why? Josh Dobbs - he destroyed Bama when he finally came in, went to South Carolina and won while setting school records, and made Kentucky look like fools. Now, am I betting this game - don't know - will wait and see. There may just be a reason why the Vols are favored by Vegas and just look at what the offense has done since down 27-0 against Bama:

Scored 115 points in 2 1/2 games, including out-scoring Bama 20-7 in the last 2 1/2 qtrs.
Averaged 47.5 ppg in the last two games
Kept the defense off the field

Now - Mizzou scored 20 at home vs UK, Vols scored 50

Just throwing these out, Mizzou could beat Vols, but don't think it will be an unload your bank account game. Vols are a different team, but more importantly - a more confident team.

The only homer thing I will throw out is that I have thought Dobbs should have started all year and he is an Aerospace Engineer major. Love to have a starting QB that is not only athletic, but is a genius as well.

If Vols have any shot at a bowl they need wins being 5-5 on the year with 2 left to play. Mizzou top in their SEC Div, 2nd straight road game as a dog, doesn't happen often for Mizzou or in the SEC!

They've got Vandy after Mizzu so a bowl should be a done deal.

Not a GOY or LOCK as it were Skipper, but Missouri has a shot @ the SEC East Title & should play inspired football on the "Banks of the Tennessee River" this Saturday. Speaking of the location, is there a better road team over the last few years than the Tigers? They have won games in tough environments against better teams than the Vols so I think this weekend will be no different. You could be right about Tennessee & their new-found success @ QB but I'm gonna take the points(+3.5) for a Nickel & the ML(+160) for a Dollar.

Best of Luck Guys!!! :0074

I am on the same side, I think Mizzou plays inspired and I love the coach's approach to the game :0008

Mizzou may have the 2nd best coach in the SEC...Seriously...But Tenn gonna be a tough out...

 OK, but they lost? They did win with a dope a couple years ago as did the Vols did in '98:mj07:

Still, something to feel good about esp. if the kid can play.
