Fletcher please please share with me why the Yankees. All day today my gut has been telling me Yankees while I head says take the Angels. Angels are so scrappy and so good at home. While they ripped the RedSox my gut says the Yankees finish them quick. Share you wisdom please.
Well I hate to see you on Yanks have alot of $$$ on Angels would have felt alot better if we were on same side but one of us will be happy GL :mj07: :mj07: I hope it's me

Why I took Yanks, Well to name a few reasons.
They are up 2-0 and know how to finish a team off. They can start to smell the kill.
They are playing loose the pressure has be removed from them being up 2-0 not a must win game.
Power can strike at anytime from all 9 in line up.
Pettitte has tons of playoff exp. will not get shook-up in a tight spot and he is very hard to run on , just to name a few reasons i went with yanks.

Well thank you kind sir. Hate to say it but while I was waiting for your response I wrote down my own reasons to take the Yankees and we pretty much matched up reasoning item for item. So either I bet the Yankees or no play for me.
Love it great info and I feel the same way, i played college ball and its a lot of pressure being 0-2 in this situation. The matchups and trends favor the angels, but the Yankess will be the looser team.
Well looks like so far my reasons for my yanks play is right on they are showing their power, AP has not got shook , and has caught them in the running game and yanks are playing relaxed not pressing. Still aways to go but doing what I thought they would.
yes you don't go out and get pitcher out of a good groove with a live count on a batter, i was saying that to myself soon as he walked out there, and he should know that being a catcher, and it was also his pitch he called when he went out there, he wanted a slider to break in at the back knee which is a unhittable pitch but problem is when it is missed it always misses up and over the middle of the plate i would of gone with a breaking pitch outside of the zone i like to pitch i as a ex catcher but you have to pick your spots when to pitch in with a breaking pitch fb is different because what i said about the middle of plate and up and was not the spot to try and break off one at back knee, and that is why he went to the mound to give that pitch to his catcher and told both pitcher and catcher he was going to thorw that pitch, not 2nd guessing because i know it is a pitch you don't try and throw there, should of never been called fb in or breaking ball out, pitch to contact for weak ground ball that pitch was called for the k, and that is what it is a k pitch. poor chpice to a guy with above avg power. you let himextend on a bp middle and up bp nreaking ball.
Well another blast 2 bad had runner throwen out at 2nd , but i have my ov so least i will get a push 1st gm would like to win them both.
clutch play and out , set up by nerves ,piss poor base running by angels still another mistake which cost them a run almost 78% of the time you get 1 run with a lead off double , he has to know that hell hs players and coaches know that , some of the blame is base coaches he has to make sure runner can pick him up at 2nd and he has to have hands held high yeling hol 2 hold 2 you cannot make a mistake like that in a game let alone tie game late innings and in a playoff game. unreal with the mistakes on both sides of the ball angels have made in 2 + games.
