Recap: 3-1 (+3.25 Units)

Season: 242-198 (+32.7 Units)

Just something for all the 'cappers notebook concerning a key situation for my Under play in Colorado:

Along with the several batter-pitcher matchups and other situational things, the reason I bumped the play to 2 units was the following:

Anytime a game is at Coors field, the less fly balls the better. Today we had a couple ground ball pitchers, but even more important we needed an Ump that usually gives the low strike call....Barksdale usually gives that low strike. Ground ball pitcher's effectiveness is magnified with an Ump like this and was a big key in this game.

THERE WAS ONLY 9 FLY BALL OUTS IN THIS ONE OUT OF 54! ;)

Thanks for bailing me out a little. 0-6 on my own picks. I piggy-backed yours and it cut my losses somewhat. Nice job and great info on the Colorado under. It was never in doubt. Congrats on an excellent day.

Pete, wish I had gone with Colo u instead of Tex. Hope you had a little on Cle today. Couldn't believe they would win two in a row but had to go with it. Good luck tomorrow
