GREAT AGAIN For me, I feel like a genius, YEAH OKAY! Mets did exactly as expected no offense only enough to win. Rockies and D'Backs told me to shut up that they can have games at Colorado w/ good pitching and keep it UNDER 11 Which was my only loss I went 6-1 last night. So hopefully we have a good night again!

Record 14-5

Yesterday

Arizona @ Colorado (OVER 11.5) LOSS
Dodgers @ Padres (Padres +1.5) WON
Tigers @ WSox (SOX -1.5) WON
Giants @ Brewers (Giants ML) WON

Blue Jays @ Twins (Jays ML) WON
Indians @ Royals (UNDER 9.5) WON

WINNINGS +$475

Starting Bankroll +5,000
Current Bankroll +5,918

Plays

Expos(3-1) @ Mets(2-2)
Weather: Partly cloudy with a 80-percent chance of showers. Winds blowing in from right field at 10-20 m.p.h. Game-time temperature: Around 45.

Well Watching Cone come back last night was fun to watch at shea with the rain coming down and the chill, probably was about 40 degrees. I was in the picnic section and Chavez was so cold he kept doing squats and was wearing a ski hat over his usual Expos baseball Hat. Cedeno was dumb enough to wear short sleeves but since he got no activity he kept running back and fourth from the centerfield wall to midfield. Looks horrible again today here in NY. Would wanna hit with a bat let alone hit one or go outside. Tony Armas wil pitch for Expos tonight and he has handled the Mets well going 5-2 against the Mets lifetime, he is lso on a 5 game win streak trying to match his record w/ 6 straight games and he'll try to do it against a Mets pitifull but should do more offense. Last night was the same story the one man hero, not a team playing together. Vaugn hit a Home run when it wasn't needed an Burnitz had a good nite also. Glavine pitches for the mets tonight and he had a poor outing his first time as a Met against the Cubbies. Again with the weather outside I don't see too much offense happening. I am hoping Glavine will fix whatever problem he's had and knowing Armas can handle the win. I want to play the UNDER but due to the fact Vegas dropped it a whole point makes me wonder. I normally stay away from the #1 starters as anything can happen. However I think Mets handle Montreal a little better today and w/ Glavine as the DOG today, Piazza coming back tomorrow the Mets will be the public play w/ Leiter on the mound, so I'll take Mets today and hopefully I'll get a point back tomorrow and try for a SWEEP!

Prediction - Mets 6- Expos 3
Play Mets +1.5

Playing other games, wanted to get this one out. Will add more in about an Hour or so......

(ADDED)

Pittsburg (4-0) @ Phillies(2-2)
J. D'amico(R) vs K. Millwood(R)(1-0)
Weather: Mostly cloudy with a 60-percent chance of showers. Winds blowing from right to left field at 10-20 m.p.h. Game-time temperature: Near 60.

Again my Mets Expertise comes into play with this game. Jeff D'amico takes the HIll for Pirates when Jeff D'amico should be planting tomatoes in his back yard instead of pitching for a living. Yes Mets did have a horrible offensive season last year and anytime D'amico managed to keep the score low Mets just couldn't bring the bats in to win. However D'amico still isn't any good. Phillies struggles have cost them the past 2 games, however tonight against D'amico Phillies should find a way as D'Amico is 2-2 lifetime against the Phils. Last year he was 6-10 with a 4.94ERA in 29 games and 22 starts. He was eventuall demoted to the Bullpen by the Mets. Kevin Millwood will get his first start at his new home at The Vet. Millwood and the Vet have been best of friends as he has 6-0 w/ a 1.99ERA giving up just 12 runs in 54,1 innings of work. He is 4-2 lifetime against the pirates. He has won 10 of his last 8 during day games. Seening Jeff D'Amico left me unfortunatly w/ another Ulcer. If his curve is working tho w/ the Change, he can be efective, and I'm sure Pirates can put enough runs on the board for the win unlike the Mets. However I really like Millwoods stuff and think this Phills offense thing will come around at home today. I'm guessing either a low scoring game where Phills get the lead eventually for the win, or a total blowout between the two causing pitchers into a No decision.. I'll take the Phills to win in this one, ending the Pirates streak at 4.

Prediction - Phillies 5 Pirates 3
Play-Phills -1.5

Tigers(0-4) @ White Sox(1-3)
Mike Maroth(R) vs M. Buehrle(R)
Weather: Mostly cloudy. Winds blowing out to right field at 15-25 m.p.h. Game-time temperature: Near 35.

35 degrees that's COLD!!! White sox have the offense but just havn't produced what i expect them to produce yet. Tigers have done exactly what I'd figured nothing. Yesterday the sox did get their first win against this Tigers team and today they will try for win #2. Buehrle will pitch for the Sox, he had a good outing against KC but came up short 7 innings giving up 2 runs on just 6 hits. He makes his 10th start against this Tigers team recording 6 wins and 4 losses lifetime. He holds a 2.14ERA. Mike Maroth will pitch for Detroit. He's pitched two games against them going 1-1, he has a 3.29ERA and has struck out 7 in 13 2/3 innings of work. I kinda got a chance to watch Maroth opening day, didn't seem all to bad, just KC was Better. I'm actually can't believe I'm saying this i think Detroit picks up their firs game. It seems as if it's gonna be frezing according to the weather and maybe Maroth can hold the Sox to just under enough to where Detroit can catch up, anyone else think so?

Prediction-Detroit 4 WSOX-3
Play UNDER 9.5, (Detroit ML, Wagering very little)
