I can't remember a lower scoring 1st half in an Atlanta game this year. Houston tends to fall apart in the 2nd half but Atlanta isn't much better.
Thinking Atlanta -1, and under is the way to go here.

My service has Phil +6.5 second half. No Kidding. It's a local thing so obviously they are mistaken but I took it anyways. I even asked "are you sure it's not -6.5" and they say no, so I loaded up on it.
