Chicago Bears +4 -104 (Pinnacle) over Green Bay Shitpackers: Yep, Joey P (if you don't know who this is, then you are Joey P you moron college kid) loves the Packers. I mean, how couldn't you. They've got Brett Freakin' Favre for shit sake. He's got a cannon! And he's on Monday Night Football, where he just dominates. Plus, he must be totally pissed after last weekend, losing down there in the heat of Arizona. There is no way Joey P can see this game losing. It is not within his power to play against Favre with an admittedly terrible team like the Bears. The Bears can't run, can't pass, play bad defense, and are led by Kordell Stewart. Wait a second though, I kind of think that SOUNDS LIKE THE PACKERS too. The Packers are a fading franchise, and Favre is a fading star. While the Green Cannon may still give us flashes of his once brilliant ability, they will now come with less frequency. Throw in the fact he is tossing to a clan of retards, and you can spread out his big performances even more. The Bears are hungry for a win, and they should be ready, since they have had a bye week to get their sorry acts together. I liked what I saw from them at Minnesota, where they hung in the whole way and easily could have won outright. They also will surely pull out all the stops tonight. There is no reason not to, as Dicky J is surely out the door at the end of the year anyway, if not earlier. No reason to leave any tricks in the bag. The writing was on the wall for the end of the Packers when they got bitch slapped by Atlanta at home last year in the playoffs. They followed that up by getting spanked by Minny at home, beating lame Detroit, and then losing to...gasp...Arizona, in what amounted to a home game with all the traveling cheesehead idiots in the stands. Vegas needs the Bears, they probably get them. They are all the value at this point.
