Is this better I did not mean to act like I was promoting anything whatever you believe and I have posted plenty of picks with analysis but I think the thin skin is not mine!

I am not advertising and you guys know I never have I was just trying to explain why I wouldn't post the play till later I will tell you what I won't post it at all hell I posted all of them yesterday and no one complained I have never posted an email or a web page on this site and until today I had respect for you guys but you are out of line so I won't post anything anymore!!!!!!!!

well if you read peppin and yyz's post's sure looks negative to me I have posted on this site for a while and I have neve ever advertised I was just offering an explanation if you notice their is nothing on my post that says please come to my site and I said 8:30 that is when most of these guys post their plays anyway I could have said 9 after the game started but I didn't and yes I have thin skin because I am a very low key capper and allot of these guys know I have a sight and I have always respected it by never touting anything and I am sick and tired of being grouped in with the low life scams because I am not. If you read my first post with the 16 games I was asked if I had a play on tonight's game so I posted that I couldn't post it till later where did I cross a thin line as yyz said. I may have thin skin but that is because I am very very tired of being grouped in with the bottom feeding scum that screw people.

I avoided saying something earlier, but will say something now:

Your post makes it look like you are trying to get people from MadJacks to pay for your pick. Why do I think this? Well, here is why:

You post a topic: "MNF Computer Play!" but then inform people that you are not going to give it to them right away! Why would you even do this? Why would you post this unless you were trying to get people to become a member of your service and get the pick early? Why not just come on here at 8:30 instead and then post this topic with your play????

It just stands to reason that you wouldn't even bother with this post until you are willing to give your pick away. . .

This may not have been your intention and I believe you are telling the truth. . . but your actions did not show this!

If it appears that way I apologize but let me ask you this I have been following this site for a while and I see allot of people including yourself that post what you might play and then say you will be back later with the play I see it all of the time Monday picks then you go in thread and their is no play only the record and I will be back later with play and if I had meant to have people join for the play wouldn't it stand to reason I put something up to get them there. I am putting the play up 30 minutes before game time for christ sake not 5 minutes. you know what this is closed I will no longer post here and that will make you all happy!

I was sincere, start to finish, in my post.

I had no idea you have a site, and I do wish you success on your play this evening.

But, since you wish to play the victim here, I have a few things to say before this thread gets bounced:

There was never an indication of your "service" in yesterday's post until after the day was done. You only made the statement that, you wanted to have a public record of your plays this week.

Today, 5 hours prior to kick off, you list MNF Computer Play!

"Due to this being a member play for my service I am going to post the play at 8:30 tonight sorry but I have to be fair to my members it only has a side nothing on the total!

Now, you can play this off as nothing, but to me, it sure looks like a sales pitch, brother!

You have already had some people here asking for your site info, and you are trying to say that was not your goal?

Why didn't you just post your play at kick off, and go from there? No....you decide to place your "ad" 5 hours before the game goes off.

You spin it anyway you want, but I see it for what it is.....out and out hawking on your part.

You do what you need to do. If you can turn a buck on your plays, god bless you. I think that is great. I really do. But please spare me the hurt feelings crap, when you get called out for what you are doing.

This is a site for posting your plays, not touting your service.

True, I have never seen a .com or phone number from you, hence, the "thin line". I granted you that, but nothing more.

Sorry to have bent your nose, but I think you are out of bounds with this.

To the best of my knowledge, Robert has never mentioned his service before and today tells us that he is posting what he considers strong play a half hour BEFORE gametime. Others might pay but it will be at MJ's for free.

All he has ever done for us is post strong picks and analyses in at least four different sports.

Good time to promote good feelings rather than bad. BTW, if anybody should charge for his picks, I should. I have had streaks where I have hit under 35% in NCAA foots on my own personal picks and fading me would have made you rich.

I will consider this in the future, but in the meantime, let's all be nice to one another.

I am on the under tonight . . . and recently I have been winning. (Yesterday, anyway)

It appears that you have failed to understand the reasoning that I set forth in my post. . .

If you had said: "Be back before kickoff with my pick" instead of "due to this being a member play for my service" b.s. that you posted, then I would have NEVER said what I did. . .

However, you haven't posted a site and you haven't exactly gone overboard. . . but it did appear that you were inviting people from this site to inquire about your service and that to me is advertising no matter how you slice it. . .

Of course, my opinion doesn't count! It's Jack's opinion and I have a feeling we will find out soon enough what he believes. . .

If he isn't doing any "touting", why does he insist in mentioning his service in his threads?

And if you find his Web site, you will understand why his posting here is considered advertising.

If he really is interested in giving us his *free* input, then he should switch his username and quit mentioning his business. Until then, he is a scumbag in my book, and should be booted from this forum. There is NO DOUBT he is here to recruit. Just find his Web site and you'll understand what I mean.

I wonder how his paid picks did, being that his free ones did so well. I bet his members lost their asses.

Anyone seriously considering paying for picks needs to get their head examined. There have been dozens, if not hundreds of posts here from people who have gotten burned.

I can't believe you guys are sticking up for this clown. Do your homework.
