Kansas City area for who knows how long....
BuddyWright mentioned it, so I checked it out...and I did take the prop bet:

HOU TEXANS vrs OAK RAIDERS: Longest FG Scored in game [95325] TOTAL over 47.5 -120 (OVER YARDS vrs UNDER YARDS)

Estadio Azteca in Mexico City is at 7,349 feet elevation... 2,100 feet more above sea level than Mile High Stadium in Denver. That means a ball kicked at sea level, where these teams normally play (tho Oakland is used to playing one game every season in Denver) would sail an additional 7 yards or so in the thin air of Mexico City...and the special teams guys are well aware of that, you can bet.

from the article "Texans and Raiders will battle elevation in Mexico City", I read: ...Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski, who once kicked a 63-yard field goal in Denver. Three of the five longest field goals of all time, including Matt Prater?s record of 64 yards, were all made in Denver. But another 2,100 feet will make long distance attempts even easier.
