I'm leaning strongly to the Over.
Indi hasn't faced even a remotely decent offense to this point except for StL ON GRASS and they still scored 28. I think their will be a minimum of turnovers and they trade scores. Think the NE D is still trying to find itself and put the pieces together. Bad opponent for that.
