I'll go ahead and post this before somebody makes a play without this being taken into consideration. The o/u is dead on in the Atl game by my figures. The line ame out at 186' and as you know I figure the totals 4 different ways and when 3 or more go the same way it is a play. I like to have a 3 or more cushion and this play would normally be a push if I couldn't find another reason. Here's what I have come up with. 185', 186, 187, and 187 are the totals I show. The line is now showing 188 some places. How many times have I said that I don''t like Vegas helping me. I don't mind them going against me a point or two, that just makes me feel better about the play. The pattern for this game is on a 9-0 over run going into tonight. Here's the angle that might make this a play for me. Tor is a better team without Carter. The team chemistry is better without him and if you remember when he was out last year they went on a 7 game winning streak. The problem is that with Carter in the line-up the other players seem to stand around and wait for him to do it all. A good example is this. With Carter in the lineup this year they ave 74 points a game. Since he has been out the are ave 93. That's a big difference. I also show Tor with a +2 adv tonight and the line going up. I dont like the line moving that direction so will have to pay close attention the rest of the day.
