This game is crazy... CHAR was -7 favorite with HARRIS out for NJ and come out firing away at less than 20% from the field??? :scared REALLY? REEAAALLY????

WoW, that's all I can say. Well, they are now only favored by 5.5 after trailing at the half by 8. What?? :shrug: Line is screwy, probably a trap, but getting a home fav of -7 at +2.5 gets me to bite. Also going to go with the OVER here, even with two bad teams they managed 73 PTS shooting horribly, 88 is not a big stretch.

We all know the KNICKS know how to play when trailing but can they handle a lead? After two back to back OT losses, NY will try to hold off the HORNETS who have yet to win on the road this season. The FH went about as expected scoring wise, both teams shooing fairly well but not making making 3's or getting to the line much. I can see the HORNETS coming back to win this one, but with the SAINTS playing on MNF, I just have a feeling the HORNETS will be distracted tonight, so I'm passing on them, but playing the OVER. Should get to 220 in this one with ease, maybe more.

JAZZ are up 57-54 and a favorite play of mine has been JAZZ and OVER. It's very effective when the JAZZ have a bad FH, but that's not what happened tonight. HOU plays scrappy and can hang around for awhile with teams, but the depth of the JAZZ and their huge advantage on the front line will prevail here and the JAZZ pull out a double digit win here.

This game is lining up as a definite Under play for me. MEM started out on fire hitting like 80% for a time, but cooled off, but not before ending the 1st with a 7 point lead. SAC came back behind some big 3's from Martin and CO. but will not be able to duplicate 7 or 10 from long range. Only 110 scored in the FH after a 59 pt first, and I think the 2H will resemble the 2Q and 51 pts, than the high powered 1Q. SAC held off the storm, I think they take this going away.

Clippers looking for their first win of the season, playing great except for all the turnovers which are enabling MINN to stay within striking distance. LAC shot 55% from the field, compared to 39% for MINN and I don't see CLIPS repeating that feat. Both teams should slow in second half and I can see the TWOLVES making it a game before it's all over. LAC held a 27-15 REB advantage that MINN will work on at HT and I think we'll see a small Clipper victory of 4 pts or less.

Tough loss in Sac Town...

I had this game marked as Under, and obviously the OT will kill it for sure, but it went OVER in REG as the KINGS/GRIZZ combined for 29 Pts in the last 4 minutes.... for those of you mathematically challenged, that's nearly 7.5 pts per minute, or 86 for a QTR!

Never happy when it happens, but it's the NBA, it will happen often, better get used to it.... :shrug:

Will have my record updated later, but it's good to be back on the winning side after hitting the MNF Teaser as well.
